Thumbnail Issue

Not really sure what the problem is here, seems to be an awful lot of solutions to the same problem.

Purchased the script twice as could not get back into the support area though buggerd i I can make a thumb show in the post.

I am used to custom fields etc though it just aint having -

Any input ideas?

Watched the video, completed that, nothing.
