BuddyPress and Streamline

I've installed the BuddyPress plugin at rockymag.com, but am unclear what I'm doing incorrectly or if Streamline is compatible.

BuddyPress is appearing below the footer.

Any thoughts on how I would install BuddyPress as the pulldown Trip Reports forum?
