Leave Comment Fix

Currently on my site when you click the leave comment (from any page other than the actual blog page) it just takes you to the top of the blog post page - not the bottom where someone can leave a comment. Works fine on the actual page.

Any ideas on what is wrong - is that by design - or something I might have done.
