Posts don't show - error

Here is the site http://www.youlivewhere.com. No plugins are active.

Here is the error:
Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/carparts/public_html/youlivewhere/wp-content/themes/streamline_30/tools/breadcrumbs.php on line 59

And the posts don't show on the home page.
