Default How to set up multiple clients on my "deluxe" account

Hello everyone. Just had a question about using Studio Press themes for multiple clients. I know when you purchase the "deluxe" package you are allowed to use the themes to develop websites for numerous clients at no additional charge. What I was wondering is how the updating works for each client. Like if I designed 3 different websites, I sort of need to know that steps to set them up. What I assume happens is that they each have separate hosting, Word Press is loaded up onto each of their servers, and then they are allowed to log in and make changes to their pages after the design is done. Are each of them still allowed to have a unique username and password within Word Press. I know it's a silly question but I'm not very knowledgeable about this. Also, how does WP actually get loaded up onto their server? Any help with these things or additional information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.
