Install problem with Wordpress 2.9.2

I just tried setting up the lifestyle theme v 4.0 for a new client and their site doesn't look like it has a theme at all (see http://startingfreshatforty.com/), The only thing I can think is that maybe there is a problem with the theme working on the latest version of Wordpress (2.9.2).

Any thoughts?
