Default How do I show full post content on front page?

I have set up the main page as a regular blog and I want to show additional rows of the post, it is currently only showing 4. I would like to up it to 10 or get rid of the "READ MORE". I tried getting rid of the READ MORE in the functions.php and it didn't work.

Is there an easy way to change the setting on how many rows show up? I don't see it on Appearance>Lifestyle Theme set up, or under Settings>Reading.

Sorry but I have looked everywhere and can't find it and I didn't see another post about this?
