Feature Content Gallery Won't flip

I am using Streamline, have installed the Featured Content Gallery, thought I installed it right, watched video, I ve got 4 pictures loaded, thumbnails are there, 1 picture comes up put will not advance to the next auto or manual, can look at thumbnails put will not let me click.
Also why we are on subject, can the thumbnails not be a miniature picture rather than a cutout from the larger picture, if you look at first thumbnail it really does not give a clue to what the picture is.
