Thumbnail Not Appearing

Hi Support/Forum

I have a problem with a thumbnail not appearing ont eh home page and replaced by link text instead.
Here is what have done:

1 Wrote blog
2.uploaded image for body of text
3. copied url of image.
4. inserted it as a value for thumb
5. Also added the feature image (working correctly)
6. published page
7. Thumbnail not appearing on home page - a link is in its place.

I figured I have done something wrong here or another issue is afoot. Could someone please advise?
