Help with conditional tags/defining this page

I'm trying out Widget Logic on my Executive themed website and I can't figure something out.

In my nav bar, I have "Blog". How do I define this with conditional tags? I want certain widgets, say eNews and Updates, to show up in the side nav when someone clicks "Blog" and I also want it to show up in individual blog posts. What I can't figure out is what "Blog" is. It would be considered a page right? Then, of course, the posts are posts. Can I define both in the same widget, or is the solution to make two identical widgets and use them separately?

Seems like the only way I can get a widget to show up when someone clicks "Blog" is if I put nothing in for a conditional tag. What I don't want is widgets showing up only on the individual blog posts and having nothing in the sidebar for "Blog".
