Need Help Coding Photoshop design into church theme

Hi, i made the above topic some while ago now as I wanted to make my wrap have rounded edges like the above website which uses the church theme. I created the topic above and was advised that I would need to design my site in photoshop then slice it up and then get the code to work with my image.

I've finished designing and slicing up my site layout and now have a folder full of my sliced images ready to upload. The mod in the above post advised that the coding would be the easy part...

But I have no clue how to get started altering the code to incorporate my image slices, any ideas?

Will I have to delete all the default church theme images first?
