three column option for page layout?

Hi.

I don't see how to choose a three column option for the page layout, even though this is one of the advertised features of this theme.

I'm hoping to have two pages on the site use a 3-column layout, one page use a 2-column layout and another page to use a 1-column layout. Is this possible?
