Problem with characters in language portuguese topbar

Default Problem with characters in language portuguese topbar


I need your help for this

I have the day and month in topbar in left. The language are in Portuguese but are characters not appear correct, only character ascii.

For examples:

Domingo, 14 Mar�o 2010

The month MARCH in English in Portuguese language is Março. The character Ç not appear the blog change with ?. The day in English is Sunday, in Portuguese language os Domingo, its ok.

Other example when the day in Tuesday, in Portuguese is Terça. The character not appear.

If possible suggest me how i resolve this problem.
