receiving error message functions.php

I am receiving the following error message in several places on my site. On the front page under the header and also when I attempt to use the search feature on the right side of the page.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/lynettec/public_html/liveinwichita.com/wp-content/themes/agentpress_10/functions.php on line 67

http://liveinwichita.com/ is my site (very much under construction, fyi)
