Full Width Page Template Is Not Full Page

Hello,
I am using a service from Real Bird that worked in the agent theme and is not working in this theme. It's not working in the default theme page template also. You can paste the below code in a page of your own and see what I mean or you can go to my site at www.shortsaleproz.com and look at the Nation Wide Property Search and see for yourself what it's doing.
