Default Multi-agent

Am I right in saying that the inclusion of the 'multi-agent' is for a real estate that wants to have all their sales people on the web site from one company only?

What I would like, is to use the Agentpress as a portal site (I'm in the UK by the way) and have a number of real estate agents from one area using the site where they could log-in under separate admin accounts and upload their properties.

My only concern here, is that another agent would then be able to go and delete any other agents properties (yes, spiteful little b***ers they can be!)as they would all want to be able to list in the same price brackets, etc?

My thoughts are, is to have a local dealer agent portal that all the local agents can offer their properties for sale. Having done some google keyword research, certain key phrases for my local area come up with 1000's per month of searches and feel there may be an opportunity here as I'm trying to get into video too and could combine a portal site with offering my services to video the properties. We have a few national portal sites, one for example www.rightmove.co.uk but the internet search market is changing towards 'local-search' and a local portal estate agent site may just be a way forward for me.

Is this beyond the scope of AgentPress in its current form?

Thanks again
Steve
