Duplicate Title Tags

I've been using this theme for a while and I'm quite impressed. Since using this theme, I've been getting duplicate title warnings from the big G, though. Should this be a concern? Basically, G is indexing the page, then the page again with comments=true, and then the page with postcomment=true. Here is what it looks like on the G webmaster site for a specific page:

Just added a BPO List | Tempe Real Estate and Homes for Sale
/all-real-estate/just-added-a-bpo-list
/all-real-estate/just-added-a-bpo-list?comments=true
/all-real-estate/just-added-a-bpo-list?postcomment=true

I don't want to get knocked for duplicate content. Right now I have 195 warnings including these three.
