Pre Sale Question - Subsequent Themes

Hi,

I'm lucky enough to have a pro plus membership at studiopress so am quite familiar with the excellent themes over there but now am looking at AgentPress versus the existing Agent Theme.

I saw a tweet from Brian Gardner that he was working on the 2nd agentpress theme so I am wondering is that included if I buy the theme now or will there be a choice between two themes when the second theme is released ?

+ Is everything OK with 2.9 upgrade and agentpress ?
