Is there anyway to import blog entries from activerain blog?

Default Is there anyway to import blog entries from activerain blog?
I am loving my new site, still under construction though, manateemoves.com.

I have two blogs, one with activerain.com, and I want to Import in those entries to this new blog site.
I know that I can "export" from activerain, but I am not sure how to import that file into wp.

Any suggestions?
