Images not showing up on Featured Property Post

I have uploaded and inserted images into a feature property post and it has been hit or miss. Lately I can't get the images to show up at all. I go to the post of the featured property and I browse for the image locally on my HD. Then it does the transfer and sizing routine and I am asked to finish, which I do. Then in my post under wordpress admin the image shows up. When I view the site, the image is not there. The images in the gallery don't show up either. However, when I click on the empty image box it opens up the right image in the gallery. Am I doing something wrong here? Any help is greatly appreciated!
