Installing AgentPress theme results in white blank page

hi all,

Just trying to get the AgentPress theme installed, every time I upload the folder to the themes directory, my next navigational click results in a white page in the browser with nothing in it.

Typing in the URL shows the same, going to Wordpress admin shows the same. The only thing that makes it functional again and go back to the default wordpress theme is to delete the AgentPress folder from my themes directory completely.

Anyone have suggestions? I feel like I'm doing everything right, just doesn't seem to want to take.

Please help!!
