Email Subcriptions -Feedburner

Kris,
As you know i recently purchased the Agant press website. I have made great progress in setting it up but have a few issues i cannot master. One, is how to set up an email subscription on the top right of the page. I went to feed burner and registered and eventually found a page that said i couldnt actually do what i wanted to do.
Second, i seem to have deleted a field in the property search area that i need to get back. Help!
