Comments on Property listing

Hi

I would really like to add comments to a property listing page. I have looked at a post about comments on a page

Not sure if this is what I need to do to make it work or if this is for a basic page and not the property listing page.

FYI as I am sure you like to see what we do with Agent Press, this is for a property management site I am creating called agentswitcher.com for the UK market - a bit different - and I want to allow comments on agent listings.
