I need to make my background not a color, but rather a picture

Is there any easy way I can do this? This is the picture I want as my background: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3165/...c1eb06e5e1.jpg

Could someone please help me figure this thing out? I followed the changebackground tutorial but I think that only really applies to the basic color codes and not specific images such as the ocean or a sunset pier view. Any and all help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
