Featured Listings Not Lined up Right

Featured Listings Not Lined up Right

Hi,

My featured listings don't seem to line up right. The one on the top left is a bit taller than the top right. On the second row, the left one isn't there, there's one on the right, and then the one that should be on the left is below the 2nd row on the right. This may not make sense without a picture, so please take a look at bayarearealestateinvestor.com.

Can you tell me how to fix this.
