How do I re-install my theme?

Hey guys,

Just wanted to know how I'd be able to re-install my theme or upgrade to Lifestyle 2.0 so I can start fresh again?

I tried to have some of my questions answered back in my other thread with Google Adsense for Search breaking the theme..
