Changing titles in the Property search box

I repurposed the prop search box (PSB) on the front page as shown here: http://juliaodom.com/

As I'm browsing through the rest of the site, I find that there are other pages (not all) where the PSB shows up and the title still has PS instead of my newly christened "Blog posts to get you started" as shown here: http://juliaodom.com/about-chattanooga/

Where is the coding so that I can change the title of the PSB on the other pages as well?
