Cannot access tutorials or even reply to recent post

Hi

I just ordered this last night... (Lifestyle Child & Genesis Theme Framework).

And I followed these steps to gain access to the tutorials, by going
and place my Transaction ID into upgrade support. And still nothing happens.

Please active me, so i can view the tutorials.
