Sidebar Widget

Hi

Customising revolution theme,

1. I need to insert an ebook image.

How do i add a sidebar widget(ebook image) as shown in this site? http://www.yourhealthyeatingguide.info/

What is the code that i need to insert i.e is that a link to the ebook page be inserted?

2. I know how to add a video to the sidebar but how to add one after the RECENT POSTS category or just similar to the website mentioned after a ad?
