How to add "Comments" in custom box?

How to add "Comments" in custom box?

I have a custom box on my main site to showcase the most recent entry. (http://www.wellreadreviews.com). However it does not list the comment tag so people can click on it to comment. The only way you can comment is by clicking on the title link again and going to the page.

Is there any way to put a custom comment tag within this box so people can comment?

(Does this make any sense?)
