Background Image Repeating Vertically

Hi

The background image on the church theme blog is repeating itself vertically.
This looks kind of weird as there is a design for the header part of the page which is seen repeating again after 65% of the total height of the blog.

Webpage dimensions are 1280*1024

giving this piece of code in the starting of the code on line 14 turns the bg.png totally white

background-repeat:no-repeat;
