How to remove the widgets under the Top Side Bar?

Default How to remove the widgets under the Top Side Bar?
I'd like to know how to remove the category/ blog roll / achive / and admin widgets from my Top side bar. I thought that by just adding a text widget it would deactivate the other widets, but that didn't work. http://firebird-marketing.com/wordpress/

Thoughts?
