First - Happy St Patty's Day!

Two questions:

Which php file do I edit to show the full content of the BLOG posts
http://www.inspiredfitness.com/index.php/blog/

Secondly - which line(s) of the style.css do I edit to make the first line(s) of the BLOG Post a different color, font size, etc. ? The Header is fine - just want a "subtitle":

On the above Blog Page - how do I eliminate the "NEXT PAGE" and show all posts, or choose how many I want to post instead of the php file (which php file is it and what line) decide?
