How To Insert 'Latest' Status?

Hello,

I would like to insert a 'Latest' status to my latest posts on my site at: www.vanityshack.com.my.

I have been looking at this site: www.thestar.com.my and it is what I really want. :smile:

If you take a look at the front page and then scroll down to the 'Nation' tab, you will see that they inserted the status 'Latest' to their new posts.

How do I do that for my site?

Any assistance on the matter would be highly appreciated.
