Sponsor widget title will not display

The Google Ads on the right-hand side of my homepage (http://www.homesolarpanelsite.com) will not display a header title in the Sponsors widget. Instead of the full #sidebar h4 tag with text it just displays a horizontal bar about 8 pixels high. When I type a title into the title section of the Sponsors widget and hit the Save button it instantly erases the title from the widget and places a number of forward slashes within the Google ad script. I’ve deleted the widget, reposted it and then re-entered the script and title and I still have the same problem with the title bar. Any help would be appreciated.
