Default How to put super-categories on the navbar?

Hi - I'm wanting to have the following primary category buttons on my Allure navbar:

My site is: greenlippedmusselguide.com

1. "Home"
2. "GLM Information"
3. "GLM Supplements"
4. "GLM Health"
5. "GLM Pets"

I also want the sub categories of each of the above primary categories to drop down when the cursor hovers over them. I have read the allure forum trying to solve this but all of the information I found was for people who wanted to place a single "categories" button with all the subcategories below it. I need mine spaced out along the navbar as above. How do I do this?

Thanks!
