Default Breadcrumbs displaying incorrectly?

I note the breadcrumbs on my site are not displaying at they should.

The site is very new so I have just got some test posts in place at the moment but I note that the breadcrumbs are displaying in the following format:

Home > Post Title > Primary Category > Sub Category > Sub Sub Category

It should display ...

Home > Primary Category > Sub Category > Sub Sub Category > Post Title

How do i change this?

Note: I DO have a plugin installed which I'm using to change the word "category" from displaying in my URLs to whatever I chose by changing the category base but I wouldn't think it would be a affecting the breadcrumbs display - or maybe it is ???

The plugin is calles "scategory".

Hope you can help ....
