rotating ads

Hi, I'd like to use the Random/Rotating Ads V2 plugin for my lifestyle theme, but I'm afraid that it might cause the featured content gallery to not work. Has anyone used this and can recommend it without having problems? I'd like to feature many ads, but don't see a lot of room for it since the right column never changes no matter which page you visit. This is why I'd like the ads to rotate for every page. Is there a better plugin for this and also in which I can feature ads within my posts?
