2 big problems this AM

I came in logged onto my blogs and all of the category files are gone! I can't recreate them because the database reports they are there and any new ones are not saved HELP!!!

I also logged in using my Studiopress Support PW and it said I couldn't post because of m,y permission level I had to go under agentpress. Can I get one log in for all that I have access to?
