Agent Page Displaying Duplicate Images of Agents

The agent page for each agent is displaying duplicate images/photos of each agent. The posts are ok and are Not duplicating.

Here is what I found after my initial post. When I make a post sticky it adds another image of the agent to the Agent page. When I edit and make the post no longer sticky the image disappears. Any idea what is the cause and solution?
