Need Code Help On Sidebar - Adding Graphic w/ Link

I was hoping someone might be able to help with coding my sidebar...

This is my site: http://www.originalprop.com/blog/

In the far right column, in the white box under "eNews & Updates" and above "Recent Posts", I'd like to add a static graphic with a hyperlink.
