"Read more" opens the wrong page

"Read more" opens the wrong page

At the bottom featured right section, I have a post which is a page link to an external page. If you click the post's title, it opens the correct page, but if you click the "Read more" it opens the page of the main content of my site.

Can you help me fix this problem?
