Featured Content Gallery Not Working, but only on PC

Hi -
I've looked a bit through various threads trying to find something similar, but can't seem to find it...

I've set up this website

http://theelectrixcompany.com/

and the featured content gallery runs fine on it on my Mac, but it doesn't seem to work on any PC.

can anyone help me figure out what the problem is?
