Post Template Selector Dropdown No Longer Visible In Write Panel

This morning the dropdown list which allows the user to select either a regular blog post or a property listing template is no longer available in the write panel.

My client has been adding listing for the past several days with no issues -- I can't tell if he has changed anything and he does not have access to the server.

The only change made prior to this issue is the addition of the Shadowbox plugin.

I've looked at the write_panel.php file -- don't see any issues. I've loaded a fresh copy from a backup and still no dropdown.

So all property listings are being loaded as regular blog posts -- very bad.

Help!
