Default How to get rid of DOTTED border

Hey there,

I am attempting to get rid of ALL borders on my NAV bar in addition to all other tables including video, blogs, multimedia, and search portions. The dotted thing that boarders is more important than getting rid of the nav bar border.
My website is under contruction, http://ericbeall.com/temphomepage/

If someone can let me know where in the style sheet this many be that would be great.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
