Link to page if only one post in cat

Hi, hope you can help, I want to link from my subnav bar straight to the single page if there is only one post in that subcategory?

Don't want to show subcategory post in the parent subcategory page archive. Just show the subcategory post in its own page

Something like: If there's 1 then include the single page template or else display the normal category listing.

I have category #1
subcategory #1
and subcategory #1.A is a subcatgegory of subcategory #1

I dont want subcategory #1.A (it only has 1 post) to show on the subcategory#1 want to show it in its own page
