how to make the blog post show all the contents and not just a few lines

Hi, I have a lifestyle theme and when I click on a category, many different posts show with only 5 lines each. But I want the whole post to show without it being collapsed. How do I do this and which file would I do this in?

I also want to delete the words next to the date where it says "by ___ " on each post. Which file and which part of the code would I have to delete?
