Menu Arrangement and Adsense

Hi, I love the news theme. However, I am lost at what to do on some items. I am getting the hang of the style.css. However, I on my category when I build the menu (see www.accessguyana.com), I see the items are arranged alphabetically- even the sub menu. How can I arrange the itmes the way I want to?

- Also, how can I include adsense ads in the right top and bottom panel? I can do the google news not the adsnese. Thanks for the help. Much appreciated.
