Default Use Global Translator widget on all page templates?

I've installed the Global Translator plugin.

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/global-translator/

However, when I drag it onto my homepage sidebar, it's no longer available in the list of "available widgets" - i.e. it seems to be that I can only include it on one of my page templates.

Is there any way I can include this widget on all three of my templates?
