Problem with Next Page/Previous Page

Problem with Next Page/Previous Page

We made the BLOG page our HOME page. (If it matters, the HOME link on our navbar directs to our BLOG, and we excluded the BLOG link from the navbar.) The problem is when we click "Next Page" to go to older blog entries, it links to:

http://domain.com/page/2/

Instead, it should link to:

Code:

http://domain.com/blog/page/2/

I'm guessing the solution has something to do with this code:

<p><?php posts_nav_link(); ?></p>

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
